Despite the financial crisis and the uncertainty that this brings the residential property market appears to be in good health. Perhaps the numbers of properties changing hands is lower but there is still a shortage of good quality properties available. With many overseas investors looking to take advantage of everything that this great city has to offer prices are still on the up. The same is not to be said of the suburbs, prices have perhaps fallen slightly as there is a little more available to buy. Outside of London there is not the same demand for housing but neither is there a glut of property for sale which is helping prices.
